Shipping Providers: We utilize the services of Australia Post to deliver your orders efficiently and reliably.
Shipping Times: We aim to have your orders delivered within 10 days from the date of purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and other external factors.
Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Free Shipping: Enjoy free Australia Wide standard shipping on orders over $300AUD.
Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it. This excludes earrings unless they are faulty.
International Shipping: International Shipping can take up to 2 weeks dependent on location, you will receive a tracking number via email.
US Customers – Duties & Taxes
Due to recent changes in US import laws, duties and taxes on jewellery have increased significantly. As a result, some customers may experience higher fees upon delivery.
For a refund to be processed, the item must be successfully returned to our warehouse in its original condition. Unfortunately, if a parcel is abandoned, confiscated, or not returned, we are unable to recover the item or associated costs.
