🌍 Returns Policy — International & Domestic
We hope you adore your new piece. If it’s not quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unworn and in its original condition
- Returned with original packaging included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

✨ Earrings — Hygiene Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings, unless the item is faulty.
If you need help choosing a style, we’re always happy to assist prior to purchase.
📦 Return Shipping
Australia & International: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email hello@theartemisedit.com with your order number and photos. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label.
We recommend returning items via a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
